Brandy joins us as Vice President of HSE
Brandy has too many certifications and degrees to list, but we consider him to be one of the country’s top construction safety professionals.
He has more than 20 years of experience in construction, with particular expertise in development, management, and execution of HSE programs. He’s attained extensive knowledge in incident investigations, site specific safety plans, behavioral based safety programs, industrial hygiene, environmental regulations and a general knowledge of control crafts involved in an industrial environment.
Brandy has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including pulp & paper, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, industrial manufacturing, pipeline, and steel mills – achieving outstanding results by reducing accidents and lowering incident costs. He’s managed many complex heavy industrial construction projects with millions of hours worked without lost time injuries and several instances of over 1,000,000 work hours without a recordable injury at the corporate and project level.
As the Vice President of HSE, his responsibilities include oversight of the company HSE program throughout the US and providing corporate support for all projects. This role involves conducting corporate audits, the writing of company policies and procedures, handling worker’s compensation claims, developing company strategic HSE plans, project/state/national safety award applications, and safety support and consultation in the bid phase of projects.

Brandy was born in Georgia and grew up in Alabama. He’s a passionate hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman, golfer, and an accomplished gardener. On fall weekends he will be cheering on his Crimson Tide.
Brandy and his wife Summer live in Georgia, and he’s the proud father of JD, Luke, Coupe, Jackson, and Magnolia
