Franco Alva joins SPG as Project Manager

COMMERCE, Ga.- We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Franco Alva-Ruiz, who joins the SPG Team with over 12 years of experience in industrial construction.

Franco began his career in 2013 as a Document Control Lead, managing all the documentation, accuracy, and compliance across his company’s contracts, submittals, and change orders. From there, Franco advanced to an Assistant Project Manager before becoming a Project Manager for Reinicke Athens, Inc. in 2014.

While at Reinicke Athens, Inc., Franco successfully delivered multimillion-dollar projects for national clients, including Hyundai, NUCOR, GRUMA Mission Foods, and ZF Transmissions. Directing projects valued up to $20M consistently ahead of schedule and under budget, Franco is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects.

Franco graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a concentration in Archaeology. He was recognized twice as a Presidential Scholar for academic excellence and completed intensive summer field studies that sharpened his analytical and problem-solving skills.
