SPG announces Doug Lowe as VP of Construction

We are excited to announce that on October 20th, 2025, Doug Lowe was hired as our new Vice President of Construction, bringing exceptional leadership and expertise to our growing team.

Doug started his career in Construction in 1985 as an Ironworker and Rigger on various Petro/Chemical projects across the United States. In 1994, Doug got the opportunity to become employed with a large Fortune 500 Company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as a Superintendent, and by 1998, he moved up to a Construction Site Manager Position for the Petro Chemical and Power Division, managing turnkey projects. After a buyout in late 2010, Doug took on a Managing Role with a Heavy Lift and Transport Group. In 2021, He was offered a role of Construction Vice President with a Houston-based Company where he was responsible for all aspects of Preconstruction and the Construction Phases of multiple projects.
