SPG appoints James G. Henry as President

COMMERCE, Ga.- SPG Construction proudly appoints James G. Henry (Jim) as President. Joining us with over 35 years of executive experience, Mr. Henry brings a track record of strategic growth, leadership, and influence in the construction and energy markets.

Hailing from Houston, Henry is a respected figure in the Texas Construction scene, currently leading the RAHK Corp Group which he founded in 2019. His career has seen many aspects of the field, most recently serving as  Senior Director of Safety and Construction for national projects including Motiva’s Port Arthur expansion in Texas and Albemarle Lithium’s multibillion-dollar developments in the Carolinas.

Prior to that, Henry served as Vice President of Construction and Acquisitions at Bennett Construction where his leadership drove significant acquisitions and sector-wide growth.

His career also saw stints as President of Primoris Energy Services and Wanzek Construction (A Mastec Company) where he advanced energy sectors across 22 states simultaneously co-founding the international JSB venture while at S& B EPC.

His global project management footprint spans across the Americas and Europe. Recognized with the prestigious ABC Ice Awards for construction excellence, Henry's legacy is marked by continued progress and industry benchmarks.

Henry graduated with an associate's degree in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and holds a Certificate of Completion in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, reinforcing a foundation of technical expertise and strategic insight.
