Job Duties

• Assist electricians and foremen with electrical installation and construction activities.

• Help install conduit, cable tray, junction boxes, supports, grounding, lighting, and related systems.

• Assist with wire and cable pulls, labeling, material handling, and equipment setup.

• Measure, cut, prepare, and install materials as directed.

• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely and only as trained and authorized.

• Follow company and site safety requirements, permits, procedures, and pre-task plans.

• Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.

• Perform other electrical duties as assigned within training and qualification level.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical or construction experience is preferred but not required.

• Interest in learning the electrical trade and developing industrial and commercial electrical skills.

• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and perform tasks as part of a crew.

• Basic ability to use hand tools and read measurements.

• Dependable attendance, good communication, and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to complete required safety training and apprenticeship coursework.

• Ability to meet project-specific physical and site-access requirements.

• Ability to travel and work extended hours, weekends, shutdowns, or turnarounds when required.
