With over 20 years of leadership in industrial construction, retail operations, and business development, Brian brings a proven track record of growing companies, leading teams, and driving operational excellence. From COO to now CTO at SPG Construction, Brian oversees operations, personnel, and business development, while providing direction for project estimating, cost forecasting, and client relationships. Before SPG, he founded and led the East Coast Industrial Construction, LLC, building the company from startup to $3M in annual revenue. In 2013, he successfully merged with Southland Conveying Solutions to form what is now present day SPG Construction, LLC. His career also saw extensive retail management experience, growing his skills in team leadership and operational oversight.
