With over 25 years of experience in construction, Brandy brings a specialized expertise to the development, management, and execution of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs. His background includes in-depth knowledge of incident investigations, site-specific safety planning, behavioral-based safety programs, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations, along with a solid understanding of control crafts in industrial environments. Brandy has successfully supported clients across diverse industries—including pulp and paper, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, industrial manufacturing, pipeline, and steel mills—consistently reducing accidents and lowering incident-related costs. In his career, he has managed many complex heavy industrial construction projects, achieving millions of work hours without lost time injuries and, in several instances, surpassing one million hours without a recordable injury at both corporate and project levels.
