Jim Short has joined SPG as an Executive Vice President. Jim attended Auburn University, where he was a member of the 1983 SEC Championship Football Team, and a Kappa Alpha Order. He and his wife (Jill) have been married 28 years and reside in Cumming, Ga. They have 3 children ages 26, 23, and 18 with his first Grandchild on the way (and It’s a Boy!). He enjoys Big Game hunting, Fishing, BBQ, and the Great Outdoors.
Jim brings over 30 years Of Construction / Business Management experience. He has served in similar positions with companies that include Primoris, Saxon Construction Inc, and Spartan Constructors, Inc. He is a skilled executive familiar with contracts, project estimation, project execution, business development and marketing.
